3. Booking & Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the respective service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.). Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, it becomes binding. TravelBoxx acts as an intermediary between you and the travel service providers.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, fare changes by service providers, or other factors. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking depending on the service. We accept bank transfers and Paystack (card) payments.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund terms vary depending on the service provider's policies. In general:
- Flight cancellations are subject to the airline's cancellation policy
- Hotel cancellations must comply with the property's cancellation terms
- Visa processing fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted
- Tour package cancellations may incur fees depending on the proximity to the travel date
- Our service/consultation fees are non-refundable
6. Travel Documents
It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they possess valid travel documents including but not limited to passports, visas, and health certificates. TravelBoxx can assist with visa applications but does not guarantee visa issuance, as this is at the sole discretion of the issuing embassy or consulate.
7. Limitation of Liability
TravelBoxx shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from service disruptions, delays, or cancellations caused by airlines, hotels, or other third-party providers. We are also not liable for force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or travel restrictions.
8. AI Chat Service
Our website features an AI-powered chat assistant. While the assistant provides helpful information, it does not constitute a binding offer or contract. All bookings must be confirmed by a human agent. Chat conversations may be stored and reviewed for quality improvement purposes.
9. Changes to Terms
TravelBoxx reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
